Make sure you are attractive- kissing is an up and close experience. For a woman to actually want to kiss you, you need to make sure you face is clean and shaven and your breath is fresh. Keep mints or chewing gum with you to combat cigarette or alcoholic breath. Make sure your lips are soft and supple and not dry and cracked. You can wet your lips before the kiss, or use a small amount of lip balm to moisturise your lips and wipe it off before the kiss. Do not apply a large amount of lip balm before kissing, greasy lips can be a turn off.
Start slow- make sure the moment is right, don't just pounce on her if she isn't even interested in kissing you. Look into her eyes to see if she's looking back at you and expecting you to kiss her. You can even try to kiss on her cheeks if you are not sure. Lean over and take it slowly when your lips first touch. Pay attention to how she reacts and responds to your kiss before you take it further.
